My Approach

I draw on a range of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, tailoring my approach to what works best for you. This may include elements of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), person-centred therapy, and trauma-informed practices.

Sessions are typically 50 minutes in duration. I offer both in-person and online appointments to suit your needs.
